The Bahá’í Faith is a world religion whose purpose is to unite all the peoples of the earth. Founded by Bahá’u’lláh in the 19th century, it teaches that humanity is one family, and that the time has come for us to live together in peace and cooperation.
Bahá’ís believe in the oneness of God, the oneness of religion, and the oneness of humanity. The Faith emphasizes the harmony of science and religion, the equality of women and men, the elimination of prejudice, and the pursuit of justice.
Many of our activities are held in our homes around the Far North District. Activities are frequently hosted at the Bahá’í Centre in Kerikeri. This venue is also available for hire to community groups.
